Thats also a good idea. Just make sure you do all the blades the same or you will end with a warp wabble. They should make a trim ajustment as you say...

We have the same issue with the fan. I just make sure that the blades do not hit the top of the slide trim dead on the outer end of the blade, sort of balance (Position) the blades towards the front...
