1/2" different from one tire to the other in an emergency use is not going to be a big deal. Every time I go across the grass with the 215 tires I get some deep ruts , I was hoping to reduce this...

They would need to go on a 6.75"~ 7.5" wide wheel , you should make sure your wheel is with in this spec. My current Sailun tires are 215 wide and leave fairly deep ruts in the grass , my thoughts...
