The exact same one I ordered from amazon...was...

The exact same one I ordered from amazon...was only putting out 15 psi...under the little 30psi sticker on top is an adjustment allen screw...turned it up to 30 psi and works just fine now.....

problem solved was bad new regulator only 15 psi...

problem solved was bad new regulator only 15 psi coming out instead of 30 psi....changed it out and is all good...was leery of running full pressure to change over valve just plain don't like...

Yep they are marked and installed...

Yep they are marked and installed correctly.....with regulator in line with change over valve soon as furnace lights the red flag goes up in window and furnace goes out....without regulator...

I have changed this regulator and auto change over wont change over....ran a straight run of hose to change over regulator and works fine...any harm in leaving 30 psi regulator off of 5th...
