So after reviewing some more info on resale...

So after reviewing some more info on resale values, it seems I am high on my pricing. We are reducing the Redwood to $75,500.

2016 Redwood 39MB with wine bar option for sale. Unit purchased new 11/15 and started full timing in 04/16. Unfortunately medical concerns late last year have forced us to resettle in one location...
