Thanks Brad. I still have my walls down from when I raised the steps back up and putting the heating ducts that were just laying on the floor and making us womder why we didn't have heat coming...

Danny mine does not chatter it just make a whirring or humming noise..Is that valve on the upper side of the back of the tank. Is it really that hard to get to.
