Mine actually has two. The one towardthe front with the blue PEX hose and valve is the fresh water drain. The one towardthe rear with blue PEX hose is the fresh water tank overflow. Perhaps yours...

On my RL, they are underneath, directly belowthe connection center. If you look in the water filter access door in the basement, you should be able to see them (hot, cold) exiting the floor.
