You are completely right Brad, just the bathroom fan KILLS the AC efficiency! I like your idea of the return... plus better insulation. Maybe a vent ONLY in the nose cone somewhere-this might also...

I am thinking of installing a front closet...

I am thinking of installing a front closet exhaust fan somehow. DEFINITELY gets way too hot in there. I no longer store my chocolate collection in there.
