Just a thought, check and see if the door is hanging deep in the bottom track. If for some reason it was hung close to the top of the bottom track it may be jumping completely out of the bottom track.

Wow, we have a new 39MB and have pulled it about 1900 miles in the last two months with no issue with the shower doors. Part of that was all across Oklahoma, the roughest road I have ever pulled...
