That was the first thing I check. Removed the outlet altogether and put the test meter directly to the exposed wires.

looking for suggestions. For a problem with our 2013 36RL. The microwave plugs into a dedicated outlet above the stove. The outlet is only putting out 60 volts. The breaker tests good. But...
