yes we have them in the arm. To get at them not we have to take the two metal screws out of the main cross pipe the awning is rolled on pull it away from awning motor gear to release tension to pull...

We don't have emergency terminals on our 2015...

We don't have emergency terminals on our 2015 RL.When we called them they told us they don't use the terminals any more unless they changed them again.

I was having problems with our front awning.We called Care free and they no longer have that system,you have to take the two screws out on the main shaft that comes out of motor to get enough slake...
