No bind. Might need to put a slight bend in the arms so the rollers move smoothly.

I removed the plastic limiter a couple years ago...

I removed the plastic limiter a couple years ago with a screw driver and pliers. Used the screw driver to pry enough out of the track to get a hold of with the pliers and pulled. Doing it this way...
