You sure it has to be locked?
Missed locking mine once, did not loose the RW. I would not recommend towing with it unlocked. Just so you all understand.

I use that hitch and it works great. Easy to install and remove. We have Short bed Dodge Dually. No issues with turning with the cut backs of the front corners of the FW. What I like best...
