In order to change the hinges they would have to change out the entire Door frame. I looked at this the other day I don't think RW will pay for that change under warranty.

I have thought about Drilling about 4 1/4" holes...

I have thought about Drilling about 4 1/4" holes and putting in Rivets to see if that would hold door together. But not until the Claim is approved. I have been waiting for about 2 weeks to here...

I would check the door for the seam separation. That seems to be a Biggie. I know I just found out ours has come apart and I am waiting for approval to have the door replaced
