Roller Shade Brackets
Bracket on one of the roller shades broke, called Irvine Shades and they sent me replacement brackets no charge and fast shipping. That's what I call great customer service.:)

Shower Door
Contacted Shower Enclosures American Inc. that our shower door needed the door sweeps replaced (they ripped) they sent 2 of them to me at no charge, it was an easy fix.:)
