Just a follow up on my last post above. Emailed on Memorial day weekend and two new locks arrived at my house today with prepaid postage to return the old ones.!! Now there is nothing bad to say...

This thread was very helpful and I have already replaced one front lock but still has a few issues even after I did cut the striker hole deeper to accommodate the deadbolt that would not engage all...

It didn't say that on the instruction sheet...I...

It didn't say that on the instruction sheet...I tried everything to lock it and unlock it and nothing
Will try and see if it works, otherwise like I said will go on the list...I still haven't seen...

the keypad was lit up, step by step holding in the correct numbers listening for the beeps etc, tried it over and over

We just tried to set our Keypad..... Steve...

We just tried to set our Keypad.....
Steve opened it up to check on batteries and they were corroded brand new unit.
Once he cleaned it out and put new batteries in it doesn't set-lock-or unlock....
