Problem is now resolved. Learned a valuable lesson. The fuses in the thermostats themselves were what was bad. Visual inspection of the fuses is not an effective way to determine if they are bad....

Am cold! Neither thermostat has power. Checked all breakers and fuses.

What else can I check?
