I agree Jay I volunteered to be a product tester while I was at the factory but I did not get a reply. You are right that we need to help redwood become the best company it can be.

That should have been installed by the dealer....

That should have been installed by the dealer. When i got mine the rig was winterized and i had to install the filter.

The carefree travelr awning does not have a wind senser, they are adjustable manually, the awning on the slide as I understand it is the same as the main awning, and you cannot stake these awnings...
