I'll try to take some pictures tonight. You have to pull the pin and then pull the whole table away from the window (while holding the pin down). Once it's away from the window it will rotate

On my RL, I reach under the table and pull the handle down and pull the table away from the wall at the same time. Once away from the wall it will rotate.
