No...they had the b/w companion set as far back as it would go. I'd like to see if they make an "off set" for the ball so I could move it 2...

I took the hitch out of the truck today and put it 4 inches closer to the cab. It did help the ride a lot. The six foot bed is not a problem with these trailers at all. NO SLIDER IS NEEDED

I agree....all of the new diesels have so much...

I agree....all of the new diesels have so much power the weight doesn't seem to bother them. My old trailer weighed 6500 lbs empty and on the way to trade it in I was getting within 1/2 mpg with it...
