Doesn't seem right to me and Curt Manuf. Said it should bottom metal to metal in any direction. Any ways, Dodge is now ordering new hitch for me.

Titan Guy, can you try to rock the head assembly...

Titan Guy, can you try to rock the head assembly to the driver's side and bottom it out. Metal to metal contact with only 20 lbs. Of downforce.

Tried that. They were helpful with info. but...
