Redwood does have a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) out on rewiring the batteries to the hydroulics. Takes about a hour and one half to compete. It solved our slow slides and jack problems. See my...

Michelle, we had problems similar to the ones are experiencing. The fix was to rewire the battery terminal to the Trombetta and a new groundbar, perRedwood's TSB. Ours works like a charm now.
