Have them take a look at the cam module that is on the RV. I have a 2015 Denali and my brakes would not work until the cam module on RV was changed. Has to do with the voltage.

If you are able to get the topper tightened please post how it is done. I was told that there is no way to tighten toppers. Say once they stretch that is it.

Yes, you will need to recalibrate the leveling system. I just lowered my jacks two holes, which is equivalent to 2 inches and I had to recalibrate. Lowering and recalibrating takes less than an hour...

Check the Cargo actuator. I have a 2016 GMC and had same problem. Found out the actuator that was on my Redwood was not correct one to be compatible with my truck integrated brake control.
