Grab bottom of TV and push up hard then pull bottom out towards you and top will follow. The bracket in the back is really stiff and takes some force up to unlock the TV.

It could be a fuse on the 12 volt side. On my old MH the reel plugged into a 110 outlet in the bay. It came unplugged once and did not work. Not sure on RW i did not have the Power reel on my RW
