    Hi Cliff,
    Are you thinking of the standard electric heat under the laminate? If so I am not experienced with this. Most of what I use on my jobs for the radiant is hot water under the subfloor. I use the electric only as your talking about under tile that I set into a bed of mortar. I would need to do some research on products but first thought that comes to mind is being under laminate I would worry about the movement of the floor and eventually wearing through the heat elements. You don't want a fire or to have the system go bad. Let me see what I can come up with.

    Hello to you .we have a 39mb unit and door was doing same thing hard to open. Door has three sets of hinges I took one set of and took apart.each hinges set comes apart . I sanded and fit each one and greased and reinstalled works great now . You can call Bill we can go over job x5743035290
