    PART TWO----- 1st was to long I guess.
    seals falling out.
    They seem to be willing to make everything right including a few I didn't know about.
    Stress test on the pin is mandatory when they come back to them. If any issues Lippert will come back and add support if needed. Battery shut off is also other item they replace even if no issues or at least on our year unit.
    I will have a better report when we get it back.

    Hi Rob,
    It will be the end of the month before i return to get my RW but the Tech in the repair shop went over it with me or at least some of it.
    First he pulled one of the ducts out and explained the biggest issue is that there is a void on everyone that is not sealed and this is the area between the ceiling material we see and the upper material against the duct work. It's wide open on ours. Second thing he mentioned was that on many and always on the FL's the front living areas duct work does not stop at the ducts but goes much farther to the front then needed so he says it doesn't circulate properly along with the collars being to long as you have mentioned. Other issue as we all know is on the ac units them self with the
