Too bad about your TV. I was worried about ours but so far so good. Our wireless keypad has never failed. But we do have an issue with the bedroom slide. On our recent trip to Myrtle Beach it would not go back in all the way on one side. We drove with the front of the slide open 4 inches. Sometimes it does go in all the way but its unpredictable. Taking it to the dealer soon.We also find the table extention does not travel well. There is nothing to stop it from rubbing against the island.
We had many comments such as "what a PRETTY UNIT". But there are a few hidden bugs we need to attend to.

is the tv that you are having issues with in the bedroom? I replaced that tv mount with a tilt mount that I purchased from wal mart, works quite well

The tv is the one in the living room. It did put a gouge in the counter top. I am not sure I want them to tear the back apart and cause more problems. The gouge is small and reminds us to keep an eye on the brackets. It has been documented. I am more concerned that the tv wasn't damaged and so far it is working fine.

I don't know if all the fans are exactly the same for each specific unit but I have an Fb and if the fan is turned off and before you bring in the slide yo turn the blades wher 1 is perpendicular to the incoming slide that blade goes right over the top without any problem and none of the other blades come in contact with anything....Our fan is also recessed.

We just checked our fan blades this morning before departing the campground. We have a 2011 36RE and the slide is not as tall as the fan blades - they fit over top of the slide just fine.

We got our 36RE the first week in May. Overall we are very happy & have had many complements. We do have a few bugs though: the vacuum was not connected, the ducting for the bedroom had fallen off (important in Canada) & our shower door leaks. Documentation could be much better but fixing the minor issues myself have given me a better understanding of the rig.
