31SL 3401 - Clean - Full Paint - One Owner

We sold our 2017 coach, bought a new 1-ton truck and are now looking for a well cared for, one owner

2013+ RW 31SL or 3401 with...

Full Paint (any multi-color factory paint and even later non-full paint)
Dual Pane Windows
Parks Package (on older units)
Full-Time Living Package (on older units)

Residential Fridge (Residential Appliance Package on older units) preferred.

We're not opposed to additional options.

We are located in WA and will be willing to travel within reason for the right rig.

Contact us at the following email we use to fend off car dealer spam:
forcardealersATgmailDOTcom Please include RW or Redwood in the subject.

Thanks!

Just curious! Is there a specific reason for wanting this particular floor plan? If you're thinking it's shorter than others being a "31SL", it might be a couple feet, but still will 35'+ & very little lighter weight.
The RE is almost the same floor plan.
Here's my .02 cents! The RE & SL have the entertainment center in the rear, yes it makes a very impressive look walking in, but if you plan to watch much tv then from every seat in the house you're turning 90 degrees to do so or rearrange the furniture once parked.
Not trying to change your mind or offend anyone with those floor plans, that was just the one thing that made us buy a different floor plan.

Same Reason we went with the RL38. We were looking at a 36RL but got a better deal on the 38RL and It was only 3Ft Longer and about the same Pin Weight. I do like the 3401 RL and would go that route if I was looking for a new Trailer.

Everyone has their preference in floor plans, of course, and Danny & Linda appear to have a very nice 36FB for sale. I think one factor in deciding on a floor plan and trailer size is how you plan to use the trailer; e.g. full time, in RV parks, or boondocking. We wanted as much window area as possible since we boondock and visit national parks and like to see the outdoors. The 31SL gives us windows on all three sides of the rear (which is usually backed in to the nature area). The length allows us to fit in to campgrounds with 35 ft maximum limitations and the lower weight allows us to carry 1,000 more pounds of cargo or water (should we want to) than other models while having the same size tanks. Those attributes may not be so important to owners who live in the trailer at a permanent site. While it is true we have to slightly adjust a recliner to watch the TV, it is a small price to pay for the additional windows and cargo capacity in our humble opinions.

Thanks for reposting your ad in this thread. I saw it, and based on your phone number, I must assume you're in the northeast.

=====

We're still looking and here's the criteria refreshed/reposted:

2013+ Redwood 31SL or 3401 with...

Full Paint (any multi-color factory paint and even later non-full paint)
Dual Pane Windows
Parks Package (on older units)
Full-Time Living Package (on older units)

Residential Fridge preferred but if not, it's not a deal breaker.

We're not opposed to additional options.

We are located in western Washington and will be willing to travel within reason for the right, well-maintained 5th wheel.

We are located in Florida. I gather that may be to far for you to travel. Good luck finding what you want.

We converted the brakes to electric over hydraulic disc from drums two years ago. It has been kept inside always when not in use. Also added dishwasher. Asking $55 If interested 574-875-9167 (Indiana)

We're still looking so I guess I'll keep reposting this below each attempt at advertising a completely different model within this thread. Also, I've tweaked the details slightly.

2012+ Redwood 31SL or 3401 with...

We're obviously not interested in lemons.
