I was not charged anything for the replacement lower Jaw. Called Lippert told them of the issue and they shipped out a replacement. the replacement arrived in about a week after call.

Just a follow up, my trip glide was replaced with the flex air by lippert with no argument. So far I am pretty happy with the ride it gives. Hardly any chucking except over the word frost heaves and bridge transitions. Playing with the airbag pressure has helped some.

I have found that if I keep the air pressure such that the it rides at the bottom of the arrow heads, I get a much smoother ride. This amounts to 70 psi on my rig - good to know this pressure as I can add air to the bag when it isn't hitched up.

My 31st seems to like about 60 to 65 psi. It's a little lighter rig than the big Redwoods.

I was told to get the lower jaw level when hooked up, that is the amount of air to run. For us, that is 50 psi.
