No electricity....please help!

This is the first time we've used our redwood 38GK since we took it from the factory. Now we are hooking up to leave and have no electricity. we are hooked up to the truck and we've checked fuses, but we don't know what else to try. Can you suggest anything?

You have no 12 volt?? You won't have electricity unless plugged into shore power. Need more information in order to be of any help.
If no 12 volt, your batteries are more than likely dead & your truck will charge them eventually, but if you've been on shore power they should of been charging unless you've turned the battery cutoff to store, then they won't til to You turn it back on.

I replied earlier this afternoon, but I'm not seeing that it got posted. Sorry! Thanks for your message trying to help. We finally got the problem solved. The truck wasn't charging the dead batteries but a generator did the trick. Thank you
