Never watched one in person but looks like fun!! A ran 3 demolition derbies in my younger years and were a lot of fun then ran stock cars for about 5 years until I finally decided the cost was to much without sponsors.
My best stock car was a 1976 Roadrunner with a 340.

We ran street stock up at the OLD Little Nazareth Speedway , Flemington Speedway and Bridgeport Speedway.. That was as close to a demo derby as you can get..
And a side note - -
Living just outside Philadelphia , I feel like I drive like that every day I go into the city

I was at the other end of motors ports in my younger years. Ran SCCA Roadracing for about 5 years after the Marine Corps. Little open wheel Formula Ford. My mother referred to it as "that rolling coffin". Lots of good times and we won't even talk about how much $$$$. Lol
And before moving to Mrayland I drove into Philly every day from Levittown and always said it was just a matter of time till I was in a wreck. Luckily I moved first ...

Mark , you know of it ? We ran street stocks , , induro's, demo's... Sunday night racing at its best !! And a case of beer for the ride home... Get home in time for a 1 hour nap and work Monday morning.,.. I hurt just remembering that !

I was never there though I know a bit about it. It's been closed a good number of years.I've been a race fan since about 10 years old. I've been to a number of PA speedways, as far east as Grandview.
