iN-Command problems

Anyone using the iN-Command? Have a 2019 Redwood 3901WB; picked up Oct 2018, unfortunately only spent 3 nights in it before winterizing for storage.
Have just opened up and getting ready to travel; checking the 3 air conditioners and cannot turn any of them on.
Updated the iN-Command module that controls slides, awnings, heat/air, light, generator, water pump and heater, nearly everything. All worked except the heat/air. Dealer can’t fix problem. Contacted iN- Conmand and tried everything they asked but nothing worked.
Has anyone else experienced any issues with this?

disconnect the shore power and the 12 volt battery's , try it again . power up the 12 volt first then the 50A cord. Check to make sure your 120/240 volt cord is wired correctly at the main breaker panel in the coach.

Is the screen showing -F ?

Either way, disconnect shore power, disconnect batteries and leave for 20 seconds..

Turn batteries back on, then shore power back in...

That resets the system.. Hopefully

We have a 2018 3941fl redwood and have experienced the same problem. It seems to be an ongoing problem. My husband says to go to ur incommand panel in cargo bay with the plastic cover. Remove cover. There is a tiny reset button. Push button. Power must be on for reset to work. Hope this helps.
