Campground suggestions needed

We will be visiting friends in southeastern Tucson AZ in October for a week or two. Need suggestions for a nice place that is big rig friendly and on the eastern/southern side of Tucson.

Thanks in advance all !!

Hope everyone is having a great summer

Only place there we've stayed is Voyager rv park, it's huge with restaurants, hotels etc on site. The sites are big enough for RWs & most are pull throughs. Can't say I'd choose it for my winter destination, but it's nice enough & the last spot on that side of Tucson.
In Oct they may not be completely full yet, but you should reserve asap at any park in the area for that time of year.

You are in luck ! Last year I spent the entire month of October in Tucson.
I stayed at the KOA Lazy Days. Very nice 5 star RV park, with full facilities including their own sports bar and restaurant . Includes a modern exercise room. You even have an option to choose a site .....In the Shade.....!!! Under their private solar panels. They are huge and sit about 50 feet above you so you can "beat the summer heat".
I took delivery of my 2018 3901WB Redwood at the Lazy Days RV center. It adjoins the KOA property. So if you need any work done, they will tow your rig over in the morning and return it for you in the evening, saving you the need for a hotel ! Can't beat that !
It is 5 miles from the airport and 2 miles from the Freeway. Nice and quiet.
Also it will be the "slow season" for them so the campground will only be about half full !
Prices are about $55.00 per night for their "Oasis" sites.
Weekly and monthly rates are much reduced !
It is on the southeast side of the city.
There ya go, safe travels.....

Sorry we got a message on the other site that the campground has informed our group that all camping spots are taken for the weekend of the rally, hence that URL has probably been disabled.
