It's great to be coming back!!! Lady Redwood is doing great and we are hanging out here in Kissimmee, Florida this week before heading to Georgia the end of next week for the Professor to start a week of RV maintenance training.

We have our new site up if any of you are interested in it - www.rvtechcourse.com

We had a great time doing seminars for Redwood at the Tamp RV Show in January. Our first time at that show and it was HUGE! LOL. .AND fun seeing the first "master bath" Redwood unit. Very cool...and beautiful.

Hoping for a GIANT turn out of Redwood owners for this year's Rally.

Thumbs up

Only one more week before we pick up our 36RL.
The anticipation is almost overwhelming!

We've been told we have site C43 for the Rally. We'll be arriving Wed and back out on Mon.
Looking forward to meeting all of you. Sounds like a good time:socool

Safe travels.

We started full-timer status in December 2013. We've seen several Redwoods around South Padre and Port Aransas as we've moved around the last three months. We hope there's room left for us at the rally. We will call tomorrow for reservations. We have so much to learn about our 2012 36FL and the full-time lifestyle. From what I've read here it sounds like we should bring adult beverages to help break the ice. I think we can meet that requirement. Looking forward to making new friends and learning as much as we can.

Should be lots of room left, as I believe we have about 8 confirmed to date. Good to see another 36FL.

You can check the spreadsheet on the other forum to see who is attending.

Hi All,

Just getting out of the deep freeze up here. We now live in Brighton Ontario... straight north across the lake from Rochester. May come to the Rally this year as part of our vacation. Would like to circle back up north from rally and cross the border at the east end of Lake Ontario. Any thoughts from the Yanks on a good route to take back home?

All depends, you looking for the scenic route or most direct/quickest?
Probably the most direct would be I80 East to I81 North to the Border.

Hi Brad

highway 94 to 69 takes you right to Sarnia and 402 401 and you are home. We can convoy it as well. That is the route I use when is was delivering trailers and as well last year when we came home from the Rally. Hope you can make it.

Bud, please re-read the post. They're looking to cross the Border at the East end of Lake Ontario.
I agree with your route if going directly back. Have taken that route in the reverse a couple of years ago.

Bud,

We will come down via Sarnia since my wife has a sister in Cambridge and one in London so we will start coming west on the August long weekend. Wife would like to see New England and such on the way home. Sounds like anything along the shoreline on the way back home would be a nice drive.
