Who posted that redwood rv service guy in the dfw area?

I did searches and dfw is too short so it wont search,
dealer has too many returns so I cant find it ...

Appreciate if anyone recalls where that post is as ExploreUSA is 6 weeks out (if warranty work) but inferred they can get to it sooner if I pay up front...

just noticed my front living room slide seal has slid down about a foot from the top and is looped on the bottom !

Sure it will leak as soon as it rains....

Check the set screw at the top on the seal- sounds like it came out or the seal worked it's way over the screw head. just happened to mine. Obviously the sealant isn't sticking either, or it would not have slide down, just like mine.

My union contract no longer allows manual labor so will have to get a waiver to allow me to do it ! (kidding of course )

Will take a look to see if it's beyond my skill level....

Should have posted contact info for John Williams of RV Services Co. It is: 817-995-0874. His people did a great job for me and I didn't have to wait 6 weeks for my dealer to look at it. Nice guy, knowledgable technician.

Will give him a call as ExploreUSA's wait time for warranty work is about as long as it will take me to Explore the USA 6 weeks minimum !

6-weeks is what it is around here - and that's just to get you in que for service with your rig staged on the lot, then they get to it as schedule allows. Realistically it could take another 4 weeks to see it again assuming parts are correct and no surprises.

Same with boats - just hope everything works in the spring and those things that are broke can get you by until winter when you can take it in and forget about it for a few months.

Lately, even the car dealers - my Ford spent nearly 6 weeks on the lot getting the rear end fixed - mostly because they only had 1 lift that could take a dually and I had to wait my turn.
