Waste master storage box - Improper attachement

Being a new owner, I don't know how many owners may have this potential problem but it is something you should check. Looking under my unit while replacing the WasteMaster hose at the end of our first trip, I thought I could see an attachment bracket that did not look right. I confirmed it once we got home. The storage box is attached to the underside of the unit with 4 clips that catch indentions in the sides, two toward the street end and two near the closed end. It turned out that the two brackets near the closed end were incorrectly mounted and were not in the indentions of the box and never could have been. That end of the box was hanging down about an inch, I removed the clips, re-drilled the clip attach points on the unit bottom, and mounted them correctly. So much for QA/QC at the factory and that "fine-tooth comb" PDI the dealer bragged about.

I installed 2of them on mine and the bracket is not long enough. You need to add 5 flatwashers where it screws to the frame to make it work properly. If not when you screw it to the frame the brackets pop out of The indentation in the plastic on the box that holds them. I sent an email to Lippert in regards to this but have heard nothing since.
