Wash, Wax All

A little over an hour with Wash, Wax, All. Used the pole to do most of the rig. Did the top of the cap by hand. The picture doesn't do it justice. Came out nice, now to see how it holds up long term. Really works good on all the windows. Think we have a storm coming in, see how well it beads up. All, in all, not too difficult.

Been using Wash Wax All for a couple of years. I don't use the long pole and pad, I like doing it by hand on a ladder. I tried the pole thing but wasn't as happy with the results.

It never fails, when I'm doing the coach [also use it on the truck] people ask about it, especially in parks where your are not allowed [or have to pay extra] to wash their rig. My first question to them when they inquire, is your coach painted or gel-coat, if gel-coat...sorry, you need to use something else.

I have been using it for a few months now, been pleased with the results.
Like Chuck, I do not use the pole, I use a ladder and do it by hand.
Using a ladder I also get a better look at the upper part of our coach (make sure I have not hit anything )

Glad ther are a few happy people using it. I like the results. How often do you find that you need to actually wash it? Did the car as well while I was at it.

A lot depends on how much road grease / grime is on the Redwood and Truck.

Other factors are how hot is it outside, will the current CG let us wash without charging extra.

Usually try to wash /clean the Redwood at least every couple of months.

I haven't washed mine with water since I started using the WWA, no need to. The WWA does a good job of cleaning, I just use two cloths, one to use after spraying on, then I use the second cloth to wipe clean. As the first one gets too wet or dirty I start using the second cloth to apply and use a clean one to wipe clean. I can usually do the entire Redwood with three cloths and about a bottle of WWA. I buy the WWA in the 16oz concentrate.
For really stubborn stains/grease/ bugs I use the degreaser with the Scrubber

There is a nice degreaser and scrub pad in the kit. Works great and doesn't scratch the paint.

They sure don't have guts to do it again!! Love bugs are by far the worst you could ever run through.

Danny - I would get a small trigger bottle and try it. It was originally developed for aircraft and I used to have the same skepticism. If you want to see a LARGE collection of squashed bugs, fly a small plane in the summer on the east coast ! I didn't think there were that many kinds and colors of bug guts .... Used to take hours of washing and scrubbing the leading edges of wings and the nose.

Friend of mine about 10 years ago handed me a bottle of Wash Wax All and said " put a couple of coats of this on and then when you land, dampen a cloth and wipe it down again with this stuff". Results are amazing, bugs literally wipe off as fast as you wipe the plane down with the rag. As the WWA builds up, it just improves. Been using this stuff on everything I own that smashes bugs ever since.

Just my .02

Can't imagine riding a motorcycle through the love bugs. My Dad says the love bugs have migrated north and are in South Carolina now. Isn't it time for another cicada round :-)

I's all true, even a complete coating of love bugs can be removed in short order with WWA degreaser followed by a WWA application. Did the front of both the rig and truck in about 30-45 minutes...no water!!

Like I've said before Road Kill remover from Detailer Pro is the best and easiest thing I've ever used on the nose of the Redwood or the leading edge of a plane
