wall mounting

I have a new fire extinguisher that is considerably larger and heavier than the RW OEM version. I'd like to mount the bracket near the old one. Does anyone have an idea as to the type of screws/anchors to use on an outside wall?

I guess it depends on the actual size. I have one that is at least double the size of the RW OEM and I just removed the OEM one and installed the bracket for my the new one. Also have one mounted in the Basement, curb side.

wall mounting

I installed a larger one where the old one was. It sits on the floor but I used hollow door mollys to secure the bracket. The inside paneling is 1/8" thick just like the skin on a hollow door in the house. If I can find a link I'll post it.
