Just finished a partial install of the used TriGlide I recently purchased. For those of you who have one, can you please verify that my bolt positions are correct? I am unable to reuse the large washers from my old TrailAir on the lower left bolt as the washer's diameter is too large to fit on the inside face of the frame. I suppose I can always use a regular lock washer.

I'm working off memory because my trailer isn't at my house right now. I was able to use all the original hardware (5 bolts each side) leaving the bottom rear bolt hole empty. I put all the bolts, washers and nuts in place finger tight before I put the air impact gun to them.

Tom, you still can't see the bolt holes on the above posted picture so I'll go out in a little while and shoot some of the bolt pattern for you.

Dave...the bottom rear bolt hole (closest to the coach) on my set-up is empty as well. I have my TriGlide as high in the pin box as she will go. Is that what you did as well?

Yes I think I did, I'll go over to the trailer and double check. I know that I used the exact same holes and hardware as the original hitch pin.

I have approximately 1 3/4" of space between the top of the TriGlide and the skin of the coach.
