Timken 8K Part#'s
Thinking about the Spring roll out. Would like to replace original Chi Com bearings with some good ole UAS made Timken bearings, race's etc. I scoured the Forum and found the Part #'s for the 7K axles but not for the Lippert 8K axle. I tried scouring the Lippert site to get ID & OD measurements but the Lippert site is vague. In fact when you select the 8K axle it seems to refer you to the same bearings that the 7K axle uses???
Looking for Timken bearing part numbers (seals, bearings, race's, etc.) for the Lippert 8K axle, with electric brakes. Is there a kit?
Any opinions on a reputable East Coast supplier would also be appreciated? For this I don't really trust Amazon. Too much gray market counterfeit stuff has been sneaking in there. tjs

Thanks, I'm about 100 miles North West of NYC (Neversink, NY). I checked the Philly company, It looks like they are old school, e.g. phone and counter service. I'd like to find a good distributor that has an on line system so I can set up an account and track the parts I've ordered over a series of years. Makes it oh so easy to re order down the road.

I am with you on that !!! I purchased form them because of my corporate account with them... They are in deed OLD SCHOOL... I did it all by fax and phone, no email!

As a matter of fact , when I originally called them, our contact was at lunch.. I asked for his voice mail, " sorry, no voice mail " she hand wrote the message... That's ancient times right there!
