They Finally Arrived. Installed Today.

Installed my Brand New Sailun 17.5 H Rated Tires.

These tires are heavy and built very well. And these tires are actually about 1/2 inch shorter on the sidewalls than the old 16 inch West Lake Tires they replace.

Thanks to Michael Barnett and Performance Trailer and Brakes. Formerly Titan Guys Company.

These will certainly give me the added cushion of safety on the road.

Next UP, Morryde IS System with Disc Brakes. Being installed this summer.

Check out the Pics attached.

PS: These tires were born in December 2017, DOB 4917!

You know I had to make an Appointment with Morryde back in December, just to get an End of June Install Date. They are a very busy company! But, I'm looking forward to the new ride. This will in all probability be our last RV, so gonna make it as nice as possible! I'm gonna try to get some install photos at Morryde, if they will let me in the shop! Plan on making a full write up on this site too.

Let you in their shop??? They will give you a key to the shop door.. Ypu can come and go as you please...

They are like no other company i dealt with ! When you show up, your name is on a big board, welcoming you. They bring in lunch for you if you want it.. They have a nice lounge that you can use, it has tv, wifi, snacks, and great people, all saying hello to you !
If you choose to stay in your RW while the work is being completed, it will be a loud stay... their break buzzer goes of at all hours, and they work 3 shifts.. IT will be slides in and door closed at 6:00 am so they can start working again...
BUT they allow you to hook up to the 30 amp RV plug they have in the shop, and they give you a key to the shop door.. You can go and site see all you want without worrying about being back for the shop.. They stay open 24 hrs, but sometimes close the doors..

Joe

I know about staying in their parking lot outside, when I arrive. I'll be arriving on Sunday, work starts Monday morning. Do they only have a 30 Amp Hook up? If so, I'll have to get an adaptor. I've been to their location before and they are very accommodating. I am becoming a Morryde Geek! Thanks for the feedback.

To the best of my knowledge there are 6 parking lot sites that all have 50 A electrical, but no water or sewer. Our overnight inside the shop did also have 50 A electrical and also water available, but no sewer. What a bunch of friendly people all over the place.

Yes, as Jim stated it is a 50 amp inside, I did not realize I typed 30.. They also have a water fill spigot outside their doors, they allow you to FILL your tanks before getting each wheel location weighed...

We had IS and disc brakes installed at MORryde in Elkhart last September. They will not only let you take photos in the shop but will let you stay overnight in your rig. Great company. Great service all around.
Great looking wheels and tires btw.

Thanks for the reply. Since I'm gonna be there for 2 days, I plan on doing some Video and Pictures of the Install and then put a write up here or probably on my YouTube Page. I'm looking forward to getting this all installed. Take Care.
