Slideout seal slipping down

See attached picture. This seal keeps sliding down. Duct tape currently is holding it from doing so.

But I did have the dealer look at this and they claim they fixed it, but after one trip, continues to slide down. How can I fix this? If a caulk or sealant is needed, what specifically?

They look like the simple "D" bulb seal.... They SHOULD have a small stainless steel screw in the top to hold it from sliding...

Take your finger and pull down the outer portion, run a screw through the back portion and use clear sealant after..

Just make sure the screw is not too long, I think mine were 1/2" ??

ON EDIT *****

I am surprised that it will not stay up with a proper bead of sealant of the edge?

Either way, you need a screw or 2 in order to hold that permanently

Maybe even a small washer under the screw to help hold the bulb seal in place. Then seal the entire length of the bulb seal. It shouldn’t move after that.

Sound unanimous. Will get that screw in. Thanks for quick response. Now I will get rid of that attractive duct tape.
