Although we had planned to order the 36FL, our dealer is making it more and more attractive to take the 2013 36FL that is currently sitting in his lot.

One thing I noticed on the coach at the dealer is that the screws which attach the front door closer to the top of the door frame have ripped out. Don't know if a gust of wind caught :it one day or if it's attributable to hard use. Interestingly, the Excel that we looked at last weekend experienced the exact same failure.

Since there's no way of getting a backer plate behind the frame, does anyone have any experience in having made this repair or seeing a dealer repair?
