We took delivery Friday on our 40kb.While we are in the process of reloading it.we discovered that the keys for the secured drawer under the desk are no where to be found.Has anyone had this issue or are they just hidden.I found keys for safe and all other keys fit what there supposed to.If anyone has ideas I would appreciate them.
Thanks

Might be taped inside the drawer.

I'd try removing the drawer above the lockable file cabinet from the slides and look inside. Don't know about the 40kb, but our RL has a safe built into it. Send me a private message and I'll let you know where it is. Good luck!

Vic, good idea. I just tried it and you can get into the drawer on the RL. Maybe it's the same on KB.

If they can't be found yet the number off of the lock and get your dealer to order keys or replace the lock. Not good.

Thanks for all the good ideas to get into the drawer.I was actually able to pick the the lock.Yesterday evening I sent a email to redwood. This morning nice and early when they opened Brian Emmons called me to rectify my couple issues. They are sending me a new lockset.they are also sending a new landing pad for the aft hydraulic jack that was bent.In addition he forwarded to me the paint mix codes for my paint scheme as we did not get all the touch up bottles.Unfortunately I have two spots on the furnace cover that were chipped down to the metal.I will probably have to wet sand and repaint.I was very pleased with the entire conversation and gleaned quite a bit of information out of it.I ask him about the 12 point crossroads 24 hr service hotline,he said that will be incorporated into RW in the very near future. In addition the camping world of Rochester was quick to get delivered to me the red devil vac parts that were missing at time of delivery.Overall pretty happy with the response I have received from the factory and from the selling dealer.thanks to different members of this forum who have mentioned Andy wesdropps ,he certainly points things in the right direction.
