LG TV issue, no soloution yet

We made a move on Saturday 8/9 of about 380 miles.
We arrived at CG mid afternoon and got setup, we sat down in the Front Lounge area to take a break and watch TV before dinner.
The TV started turning itself on and off repeatedly, I checked removed the TV from its mount, checked the power and all plugs on the back, unplugging all and plugging them back in to be sure they were fully seated.
Turned the TV back on, same problem of it turning itself on and off every few seconds.
I contacted Redwood / Crossroads customer service this morning and was told they would replace the TV but due to shipping damage they would only ship it to a dealer.
I told customer service our selling dealer was 250 miles South of us and he said let me see if there is a dealer closer to you.
He found a Camping World Location that is a Crossroads (Not Redwood) dealer about 10 miles from us that they could ship to and for me to call them. I called the Camping World Location and they wanted nothing to do with me and absolutely refused to provide any assistance.

I then called our selling dealer, Lazy Days in Tampa FL and was told "you need to make an appointment and bring the coach in".
I said REALLY, I have a problem with the TV not the coach (we have been watching the bedroom TV which works fine)
I was then shuffled around to several people at Lazy Days and finally I was sent to somebody's voicemail, so I left a message.
I have not had any call back from Lazy Days with any suggestions or solution yet.
Not sure what to do next, but tomorrow is another day.

Sure not like the great service I got this morning from our GMC dealer.
Last week we had a message on the information center on our GMC say "Service Trailer Brakes".
I checked the plugs and fuses to make sure it was not something simple, everything checked out ok, so I took it to the dealer this morning.
They diagnosed it in about 15 minutes, said it was a bad switch / sensor on the Brake Master Cylinder. They did not have one in stock but said they would get it shipped in tonight and if I could come back first thing tomorrow morning and they would take about 15 to 20 minutes and they would get it taken care of.

Our LG TV did the same thing. Redwood allowed the dealer to buy another and install it. Good luck on your issue

Maybe call LG direct ?
or go by a best buy - maybe they can help with warranty ????

We had a similar problem, our dealer Ocean Grove RV Sales in St. Augustine was great! I don't know where you are now exactly, but maybe a call to them? They have been absolutely exceptional in servicing our rig.

Talked to RW Customer Service today, they think they will have a plan of action tomorrow.

FWIW, when we purchased our Redwood the bedroom TV didn't work. We had purchased a nice 32" Samsung LED about 6 months prior that I had planned to install in the bedroom once we took possession. I talked the dealer into asking Redwood if they would just reimburse me for that TV as I still had the receipt. They did just that and all is well! Probably cost them less in the long run with shipping, etc. Plus I did the installation myself as the TV was technically too big for the space in the Bedroom.

Redwood customer service has come through and impressed me.

If everything goes according to plan, we will have a new TV Friday afternoon.

Great Job Redwood, I am a Happy Happy Happy Camper !!!!!

Redwood Customer Service rocks !!!!

I picked up our replacement TV today at a Crossroads (Not Redwood) dealer about 10 miles from our current location.

Everything went exactly to the plan that Crossroads Customer Service worked out.

We are very happy !!!

Ditto on the great customer service.
Had same problem with our TV. Tried LG and our dealer who referred us back to Redwood.
Contacted customer service, explained our problem and mentioned we were attending the rally. They set up an appointment for us on the day we were to arrived for the rally, we showed up and the crew had us taken care of in about 15 minutes.
These guys are great and exceeded my every expectation.
