G Tire Failures with Disk Brakes?

Has anyone had a 235/85R16 G tire failure with disc brakes?
I am convinced that heat is an issue with electric brakes. When we did Shane Wood's disk brake conversion, 1 electric brake was covered with grease. I think he only had 1,400 miles on the trailer. The consistency of the grease was more like a milk shake than grease. Like the grease had been overheated and liquefied. As I read other forums there are many that end up with grease on the brakes and seals blown but it appears they are all on electric brakes. I cannot recall a situation where the rear seal on disc brakes was blown.
We know for a fact that disk brakes run substantially cooler. How does that effect the tire? I am not sure but the much hotter running electric brake must have an effect in the tire.

I have Goodyear G tires and have driven over 20k in the last 18 mos. with no issues. I did replace 2 because the 7k lippert axles were so far out of alignment no one would bend them and I had the Mor/Ryde IS installed. But, no tire failures when the axles were out of alignment.

I am not a 60 mph driver. I am typically 65-75 mph. Mor/Ryde weighed the trailer when the IS was installed LR 3,410 LF 3,310 RF 3,260 RR 3,210.
My total weight is 17,130.

I do believe the ST235/80R16 E in any brand is inadequate for the Redwood.

Lippert makes the axels and sends them to RW to build. The bearings on the electric brakes are not prepacked and they use a grease gun to load the bearings from the dust cover on the hub. Hence, the rear seal is blown out and the drums get coated with grease. Grease on the drums does not make the brakes slide, it makes them stick. If your controller is not set correctly, the brakes will ride on the drums and cause heat.

Actually, I think Lippert makes the entire frame with axles & suspension already mounted. On a factory tour, you could see them all lined up outside waiting to enter the building for assembly.
