Fresh Water Tank bleach/water cleaning solution

2018 Redwood 3901WB
How to add the bleach/water mix into the gravity fill line located at the convenience station is in need of a remedy because ..... The FW fill line has a back-flow pressure regulator attached securely and can't be removed.
This of course prevents adding the solution unless it too is pressurized enough to depress the regulator spring to open the line.
Many blogs talk about "adding the mixture" but no one explains exactly "How" !!
Any ideas would be appreciated, Thank-you

I put bleach in a whole house water filter, connected it to the Fresh Water Fill and a hose on the input to the water filter. Turned on the tap and let the water pressure push the water/bleach mixture to the tank.

Sounds simple enough!
It's the devil in the details........lol
Would you please explain "How"
How did you put bleach in a water filter?
How did you "connect it" to the fresh water fill?
Thank-you

It's a three piece whole house filter, head, housing, & filter, not the one piece RV filters sold at CW. My filter has standard hose fittings on the input and output. Connect hose from tap to input of filter head, connect another hose from filter head output to RV Fresh Water fill. Now put bleach in the filter housing (while upside down, the housing, not you), while still holding the housing upside down, thread it on to the filter head, once tight turn on the tap and let it run for a while.

Yes, liquid and the housing upside down until the filter head is threaded on sealing the unit.
