Fresh water check valve

Seems fresh water tank is full again parked full time water coming from a overflow tube under camper

Draining tank now 90 gallons right?

Is there a check valve in the pump? And also on inlet line?

Had this happen on my old forest river camper replaced pump, fixed it

Is there a check valve on inlet line maybe has some crud in it ?

Please advise

I just fixed the same problem. First to stop the problem turn off the valve you turn on to winterize. Problem solved. Then change the pump when you can.
