Cracked bypass valve

Anyone know the part number or where I can get a new bypass valve. Been using the rig for three weeks now, de-winterized and yesterday i found a crack. With the 45 degree pex connectors, not sure how I am going to get it put back together. This is not an RV friendly fix. Anyone use pex snakebites? It is leaking pretty bad now. Thanks.

JR products makes a few, DVF-1-A and DVH-1-A which look close.

I have used the Sharkbite couplers on several projects and really like them. They are especially helpful when you can't get a crimping tool behind the wall or don't want to solder copper pipes between walls.

I carry a couple unions and a couple 90 degree elbows for areas where I can only get my hand in.

Another great thing is that you can undo or redo a coupling by using the $1 tool.

I also have a crimped for easy to access fittings.

Thanks Tom. There isn't any room in there, the crimp connections on a 45 degree angle keeps you from tightening down the connections. I have it all pulled out now.

When you tour the factory, you'll see piles of water lines per-assembled and then put into place. This must be one of those lines. Could you take out a longer section and fix it?

Dave, that would explain a lot. I see that the cheapest solution and cost is the mess in that water closet area. I have never seen so many spliced and hose runs in my life. If I had time I would get a water manifold and re run everything. Between the splices and hose length I should be able to cut here and there to get it back together. I'm hoping the diverter valve I ordered works, there were no part numbers or manufacturer marks on the vavle that is cracked.

Skip, about a year ago I had the service wall down and was going to do the same thing but something came up and I didn't have time. A water manifold wouldn't be hard to put in. I put one in my house and it was far more complex with 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms.

I personally think it would be time well spent and worthy of the financial investment.

I agree and it would be easy to divert the hot water heater water with a manifold. I'm heading to HD or Lowes tonite, have to see what I can find.

Had same problem. Factory over tightened screw in fitting which eventually cracked plastic valve body. Replace with Swan brass valve you can get on Amazon.
Water Heater Bypass Valve, Lead Free Brass, 1/2"FPT (RMV 100) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FP2K79W/ref=cm

It's not an easy replacement but can be done.

Home Depot carries very extensive pex and shark bite connectors. That's where I put my spare parts kit together from. I also picked up two five foot sections of hose to be able to make a longer splice if needed.

Thanks to everyone who posted. It was a tight fit, but the part I posted above was the correct part. I had plenty of hose for two of the hoses, but took some suggestions and bought more before going up to my rig. I got a Pex crimp tool and some 1/2 pex crimp clamps. Not a hard fix, but not easy to get in there. Diagrammed the water layout for maybe doing a manifold in the future. Water leak fixed, now on the a leaking window.

Which of your windows leaks? Just curious. We have one too. Taking it in tomorrow to be fixed under warranty.

It is the big window in the dining area slide out. Going to give it a shot and pull it out and redo it.
