Cool Center Point install

There's the Airbag system from LCI I installed before I hit the road it works great it takes the jolt out from the 17.5 H tires next I think I'll put Joy Rider shocks on

Yes it was a little. Slow on the first side but the other side took three hours the only change I made was I ran a single air line and gauge for each side I talked with the guy that designed it and he said that's the only way to do it I'm still working with the pressures but for now it looks like 75 in the right side and 85 in the left heavy side I got the kit from Tweetys for $1250.00 delivered

Are those the 7K axles? I have an issue with my 8K springs rubbing on the Equaflex spring shackles, so I was trying to picture how they would do on that setup.

I like the idea of two separate lines, because, as you say, the two sides of the trailer are not going to weigh the same. Good job!

Can you tell if it raised/lowered the RW? I would certainly like to do that install also, I just can't spring the $$ for to IS, unless I win the lottery.

No I have 8K springs on 8K axles. But the second leaf is longer than the 7K, so it hits the Equaflex spring shackle.

It will still hit you need to use longer bolts and have some spacers made its no big deal

No it's at about the same height the unit sits lower but you use the longer bolt pattern in the shackles

very nice, been thinking about doing that myself, except the non-painted metal skirt will show under mine where I shorten the stationary piece.

That's a great looking job... That's on my list of things to ask the dealer about when it goes back in 3 weeks... It's a short list !!

They won't fix it ! You have to adjust the slide to come in more and the little forward piece needs to have plastic added to it so that it stands out farther on the side the piece on the slide out needs a piece of plastic added in the end and don't forget paint!
Maybe if I get the time I'll make a mold off mine then I could make some of the forward parts out out of fiberglass
It's not a big deal but every time I look at it before I thought about how chicken droppings the factory was to do it there way if I put a window in a plane with there attitude I would be out of business

Hope you can see this picture. Think they are worried about a little extra height?
