Spray the motor itself. There's a hole in the top of the motor housing.

The Bedroom system has torque sensors for each motor, if it requires too much torque to move the slide it will stop.
If all the above suggestions fails to help, you can put the system into a manual mode. On the inside of the Driver's side (road side) basement the motor controller is mounted on the wall, there is an opening towards the bottom with a Red LED that will flash a fault code, right near the LED is a small push button. By looking it up, you can push that button a certain number of times to put the system into manual mode which will override the Torque sensors.
